How didyou go bout promoting your first novel?

Colleen Hoover Blindly. I had never even heard of Goodreads. It was a different time in 2011. There weren't advertising opportunities, so back then, it was all word of mouth. I wrote a book, put it out there and hoped people would read it and encourage their friends to read it.
I think, because I hate advertising so much, I tend to focus more on the people who have already read my books rather than pulling in readers who haven't heard of me.

With that being said, I know that you had cowrote "One Step" with other authors that is only available on Kindle. Will this book be put on paperback so I can add to my collection?
