I used to read therationalmale.com years ago and am looking to revisit Rollo's work. Is this book just a curated set of those posts, or does this have standalone value? Is it worth purchasing the book if I'm willing to go through the articles myself?

You could get the same information value by reading the web articles in the order of this books table of contents. Though at 15 CAD I prefer the hardcopy. (less)
