I just finished "The Romanov Empress". I loved it. I felt I was standing on the sidelines witnessing the events as they unfolded. I received this book as a give-away on Goodreads and am so grateful for the chance to read and now own the book. Well researched Historical Fiction is my favorite genre. Just finished Mademoiselle Chanel. I so loved it! While the sexual encounters were a tad bit too descriptive for me, I still rated it 5 out of 5 stars. Your writing is perfect. Easy too read yet captivating. Thank you. I find it so hard to find books that make me want to read them every moment, but this book did just that. I want to learn more about her now. How much time did you spend on researching & writing it?
