I wrote for many years, for business. When I semi-retired in 2015, I entertained the idea of writing a work of fiction. At that same time, several of my female friends and family members found themselves suddenly alone in mid-life. Many didn't want to start over. All of them expressed great fear about allowing themselves to fall in love and be vulnerable again. The plot of The Consulting Gig grew out of these conversations.

Do you have a newsletter, author FaceBook, or author e-mail? I loved this book. It had great flow and was not written for those with a room-temp IQ (rude, but true). I'd like to know when you publish another book. I was only able to review this book on Amazon and GoodReads. Please let me know if you get it on BookBub (I am going to request it there).
