Do you have any plans to return to the Tessa Leoni series? I love her character.

Lisa Gardner The honest answer is that I never plan ahead. None of my characters were meant to be repeating. Even D.D. Warren was a walk on part when my research indicated I needed a Boston detective for a scene in a novel that dealt mostly with the Massachusetts State Police. Having said that, I think of Tessa often. She is one of my favorite characters, too. Especially her relationship with her daughter. If I can find a way to incorporate her into another novel, I'll do it. So I guess, stay tuned?

I am almost completely done with reading your entire series of books. I cannot get enough of them. I know there is a new DD Warren book coming in 2019, any chance we can get another Quicny and Rainie book?! I miss reading their story and Kimberley's as well. Thanks!

I read "Before She Disappeared" and looking back on the cover art, it just strikes me as odd that the cover art has absolutely NOTHING to do with the book. It is just so completely annoying that I must raise this issue. There is no water in the book. There is no body of water in the book. There is nothing to do with water at all in this book. How could you approve the cover art with this in mind?
