Lester Helaire asked Marilyn Foxworthy:

Hey. I have enjoyed your books as you can tell. I know you are planning to re-release the first 2 books after you kinda clean them up grammatically. Kudos to your professionalism. But you teased me with all these story lines in your book blurbs. When can I expect some of these new stories from you?

Marilyn Foxworthy All of the series that I list in the blurb are real. There are completed manuscripts for at least one and sometimes five books in each series. I wrestle with which ones to do when. There are two more completed manuscripts for The Guardian Maidens that need to be edited, but I want to revise the first two in that series before I release more. I think that the first editions have taken a hit in the reviews because of spotty editing and strange Shakespearean dialog and I want to try to avoid that from now on. There are two more Nogud ready to be edited as well. But right now I want to put out the first of the Shrine Maidens of Barsoom Books. I'm editing now. I like this book a lot. That one should be ready to publish in ten days or less. I'm going to try to release two new books a month for the next few months, but sometimes I need to get back to the creative work and write something new. I hope that each new release will be better than the one before.

You might wonder how I have all of these volumes sitting around. Well, I had been writing the stories for several years, typing away for hours a day, never believing that anyone but me would ever read them. The first ones I wrote were actually the "Girls On the Hill" series (which might have been listed as The Elven Kingdom or The Woodland Fairies in some blurbs - names are subject to change until publication). I wrote about Joshua's grandfather long before writing the Nogud. But it seemed right to publish the Nogud first.

Thank you all for encouraging me so much. I have been especially encouraged by the reviews that say basically, "I don't know what to say, this surprised me and I liked it." That surprise and bringing a gift is what I like to do if possible.

And thank you so much for your supportive reviews! They mean a lot. And they help me sell books which makes it more fun to publish more. If you all hated them, they'd have been taken down already. So, If you can, well, "I'd be ever so grateful and just pleased as punch."

Happy Trolls, Marilyn.
