Thank you for a wonderful Mavericks! Enjoyed it even though Joe and Skippy were absent for large parts. Do you have the entire story arc for Expeditionary Force plotted out or is this an open-ended series?

When I was writing Columbus Day I mapped out the story arc for the entire series, so I know exactly where the story is going. There have been detours along the way, like Mavericks was supposed to be a short novella Book5.5 but while writing it I realized there was too much story to be a short book. In future books, Perkins and her team become very important to the Merry Band of Pirates and to the survival of Earth.

The first audiobook I listened to was Columbus Day back in 2017. It officially hooked me. I've since purchased and read every one of your books. I'm eagerly waiting for the next in the series (Deathtrap was fantastic by the way), which brings me to my question. Which authors do you follow and/or draw inspiration from? Are there any series you love and would recommend to a fellow sci-fi enthusiast?
