Is this book based off of the real life story of Michelle Blair, the mother in Detroit that put her kids in the freezer? The whole time that I was reading this I knew that something bad had happened to Monday. When Claudia saw that freezer in the house and it said that there was a bad smell I thought of the aforementioned story above.
