I have read the Thornbirds and watched it ( I sneaked) when I was a young girl. I loved it, but honestly, beyond the fact that Angelo is a priest, the stories are not at all the same -- but I'm SO GLAD you are loving it, and I'm so glad you reached out. Forgive me for taking so long to respond.

Ma'am, I just finished reading 'A Different Blue' and couldn't resist contacting you. The story, so beautifully written, just pulled at the strings of my heart. It was the same with Making Faces and From Sand and Ash. I just love your books! Your way of presentation is just unique.. all of your books I have read are so rich in emotions.
