The only thing wrong with "The LIbrary at Mount Char" is that you haven't written another book like it. I enjoyed it so much that I almost read your Linus Desk Reference. (Okay, no, I didn't but still...) Do you have any plans to write another novel (or sequel) in that genre?

Hey Jessica,
Yeah, I just finished one that's unrelated to Mount Char but playing in the same dark-fantasy-slash-science-fiction comedy thing. Hopefully that'll be seeing daylight soon.
The premise is there's a woman in a tiny Georgia town trying to finish her dissertation so she can get her degree, but the work she's doing is unraveling the fabric of reality. So reality fights back.

Congrats on Mt. Char being named #1 in Buzzfeed's best fantasy novels of 2015 list. I wondered if you might provide a little context as to your decision-making process in having Carolyn replace David with Steve as the sun at the novel's end? I thought it was a courageous and fitting choice, though I can't imagine it was an easy one. Looking forward to reading whatever else you might produce.

Hello hello! From your wonderful "homicidal nutjobs librarians" primer, is the anecdote for David predicated on a Stephen King story? I am dying to know. I found your Reddit Q&A only now, and enjoyed it immensely - all elements of it - but so pleased I picked up the book knowing nothing about it! I have gone back and re-read portions (cough, the whole book) several times. Worth the 30 years. Your fan, - Leslie

I'm about half way through The Library at Mount Char and starting the book has been the best decision I've made recently. I really cannot put it down. A sequel or a second novel will be really appreciated:) I always prefer reading the book rather than watching the movie, so don't get me wrong, but I was wondering if there will be any movies or maybe animations (or just something visual) based on the novel?
