Goodreads asked Marilyn Foxworthy:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Marilyn Foxworthy So, I'm sitting at the coffee shop one afternoon, I work at the coffee shop a lot because I like the employees there, and Robby Jensen (from one of the series that I had already written) calls me up on a Skype session. It's always great to hear from Robby; he has a really generous spirit, Anyway, he says, "Hey, Marilyn, my older brother Tom kind of got involved in one of my adventures, well, really I just instigated it, he's the one living it, but anyway, it's kind of fun and maybe a few of your readers would enjoy hearing about it."
I put down what I was working on and Robby put me in touch with Tom's Admin, Sarah, and I started listening and writing immediately. Sarah is like Alice and Clarice. It was fun. That story will be published when the work queue allows for it. I'm really looking forward to hearing what you all think of it.
