Goodreads asked Karen Berg-Raftakis:

What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Karen Berg-Raftakis For me it's receiving positive feedback. It's wonderful knowing that someone enjoyed your book. My books are supposed to be tongue-in-cheek, so I especially like hearing that what I wrote made someone laugh out loud. Because my books are whodunnits, I also appreciate learning that a reader did not guess who the killer was, as I try and make that a challenge so it won't be too easy to figure out.
