Is it a good reading level? It's really hard for me to find books at my reading level that look interesting to me. I like reading books like Harry Potter, The Goblin Wars Trilogy, and The Magisterium, but they were all too easy! Strange The Dreamer was a perfect fit, but the other books in the series were too hard! If this series is not a good fit for me, but you have a suggestion, please let me know!

It is totally fit for a 7th or 8th grade reading level.

Well I'm not completely sure about reading level. I will say it's not a challenging book to read, but it's no less enjoyable. My dad read and enjoyed these books just like I did! It's not always a matter of level sometimes it's just about whether or not you'll enjoy the books. With your list of books I would say 100% read Fablehaven! It sounds right up your alley and I promise you won't regret it.
