I completely agree! The news is cutting off my oxygen. So I have returned to the Metropol for the 5th time. Again I am drenched in euphoria! Is there a man such as Alexander? Reflecting on your presentation at National Art's Club in 2017, I am convinced that it is you! If nothing else you have created an archetype that we all can strive to emulate! Thanks for this gem! I have just reread A Gentleman in Moscow - the kindle edition - and enjoyed it. On the second reading I noticed the footnotes or comments, which I missed completely on the first reading. I am now trying to track these down because I think they will change the tone of the book. Could these notes be made easier to access and more obvious?
