Elise Kova Hey there! I'll address color first. A Dragon's color is determined by their dominant parent. So if a blue Xin and a green Tam had a child, the more dominant parent's bloodline would show in the child -- If the Xin was the dominant the baby Dragon would be blue. This is regardless of location of conception or birth.

Dragon magic is in their blood, not tied to any specific location... hence why drinking the blood of a Dragon or transplanting their organs is what gives the Fenthri magic. Some Dragons have more magic than others, but that's not determined by location.
