Hello, I just finished 1-4 of you Infidelity series and I honestly do like the books. But there was something that bothered me. Why did you make the only African American (only POC I believe) character in the book not only be a maid but also have bad English grammar? It felt very racist and as an African American myself, I was deeply uncomfortable reading this. I loved Jane though don't get me wrong.

Aleatha Romig I didn't. One of the attorneys at Preston, Madden, and Owen is also a person of color. You may not know that yet... I believe, if I remember correctly, he becomes more prominent in book 5. (Forgive me...it's been a few years) AND trust me... Jane is VERY loved and if you finish the series... she's pretty kick ass too. Charli loved her more than her mother. I hope you finish the series.
