Do we know what happened to Newt's sister in the end? I borrowed the books from the library and I can't skim through them to try to figure it out.

Alison Newt's sister is Sonya, and we meet her again near the end of The Scorch Trials. She isn't really mentioned a lot after that, but I'm pretty sure she survives and makes it to the safe place at the end of The Death Cure.
