Is art your second love to writing? I just finished reading The Masterpiece and loved it!! The life and thoughts and actions of artists struck me as being very complex. It opened my eyes to the art world, to say the least.

Fiona Davis Thanks for your question, Loretta. I wasn't all that familiar with the art world when I started on this book - I'd taken an art history class in college, basically. But the more I read about different artists and techniques, the more I got totally wrapped up in it. So glad you enjoyed it and got the same out of it, you made my day!! F.
