Meg
Meg asked Elle Kennedy:

Elle Kennedy Garrett speaks from his own personal experiences. He has had this problem with women, so he projects it as a stereotype, but that’s not to say that ALL women are like that. Sometimes we make generalizations based off what we see. And Kendall wanted more because Garrett was a status symbol to her. She didn't care about getting to know him, which is one of the reasons he wasn't interested in taking things further with her.

As for sexually confident heroines, I’d say check out my Off-Campus spin-off Briar U. The first book, The Chase, is about Summer (Dean’s sister) and she’s pretty confident about life. The other thing you may like: unlike the Off-Campus books that focused on the boys, this series is for the ladies!
