How do you manage to rate the book before its release? I am especially interested to hear from the 3 of you (so far) who gave it ratings of 2-4 stars.

UPDATE: This question was asked in September 2014. This book hadn't been released then, as far as I know. Now it has been released in some parts of the world (and there are now reviews on Goodreads, too), so the question is moot.(less)
