this was already released in the UK a couple of months ago. I got my copy from there

It was released in the UK and Australia in October, I ordered mine from eBay and had it shipped to my address in America.

wow that is strange...I was curious and went to the uk amazon site to see if it had been released there already, but apparently it has not.

I am aware of early reviewers -- but they usually write reviews, and there are no reviews here.
UPDATE: This question was asked in September 2014. This book hadn't been released then, as far as I know. Now it has been released in some parts of the world (and there are now reviews on Goodreads, too), so the question is moot.
