If so, how? Wasn’t that the point of eunuchs in harems? (I.e. they had no sexual urges, unable to act as a normal male) Someone please help and explain..

And, thus, varying levels of sexual urges and capabilities. Without testicles, a male voice will not deepen at puberty, thus the famous singing castratos (there does exist a few recordings.) But that doesn't mean the guy can't get an erection! Throughout history, many of those eunuchs were having lots of fun for hours...endlessly...and therein lies the rub : the inability to have an orgasm.(less)
