I'd had a question about what Fareeha had asked for a while. I'd read one of your books on writing and the idea about writing a character based on the role had really interested me. What are your thoughts on writing a role designed for a specific character? Do you think that would lead to a flawed plot or uninteresting story?

Writing a role for a character sounds absolutely fine--can lead to a fascinating story. I was simply describing my approach, because I start with plot. Everyone works differently.
