Any takers?

I started the plan of no flour and no sugar, eating the amounts prescribed and only eating at meal times. I was a 10 on her susceptibility scale, meaning I am very addicted to food. I love the program and this is coming from someone who tried so many times to lose weight and get healthy but something always didn't feel right for me and I lost interest or lost my will to continue. No more. I have found the plan that will take me through the rest of my life - there's no stopping me. Peace(less)
