What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Jennifer L. Cahill Writing can be like leading a double life....you have your own life, and then the lives that you are creating for your characters. When you are a writer everything can double up as inspiration, and you start living life periodically through a second lens. I love the actual writing process itself, creating new characters, scenarios and sometimes worlds from scratch, and then of course entertaining the readers. That's really the best part of being a writer, when readers are enjoying your work.
