If you get upset by themes involving community or society that is undesirable or frightening then you should probably stay away from dystopian literature.
Ruthsic
It has homophobia, mentions of conversion therapy, electrocution, self-harm, attempted suicide
Meg Wilde
It has mention of rape statistics but no rape scenes and I didn't find it triggering.
The whole book is centred around sexism and gendered violence. It made me really uncomfortable but that is the point. Again homophobia and mentions of conversion therapy but the details aren't too graphic I didn't think.
I think you would be ok, but I don't know your triggers :)

I would say if you're triggered by things like extreme sexism and extreme religious conservativism, you're better off avoiding this book.

I just finished an uncorrected proof from the publisher online (ARC) and there was not any trigger warning at the start of the book.
Duane
Sounds like it needs an Extreme Victimology tigger warning.
