Steven Allen
Steven Allen asked Alexa Nichols:

Who edits your writing?

Alexa Nichols Let me start my answer with a question: I understand from the comment you left on a review for my very first book (No, Daddy! I'm Not Mommy!) that you think I badly need an editor, but why would you choose to further take time out of your life to come to my author page and post this question?

Seriously, what's your endgame here?

Out of curiosity, I went through a bulk of the 468 reviews you left from books you actually read (not just the excerpt) and found that you are one of those readers that is highly critical of the things you read. I've never understood readers like you, readers that instead of just enjoying a story feel the need to pick it apart and evaluate every molecule of it - and then attempt to humiliate not only the book but the author.

You are a reader type I will never understand, a kind that I honestly find disgusting.

Now to finish answering your question, when I first started writing I didn't have any editor - or even Grammarly. I just wrote. You know, for fun. Now, I'm in the process of going through my old books and bringing them up to snuff, but I've written quite a few, so this takes time.

In the future, if you ever have an issue with me or my works, please contact me via email or through a direct message on social media. I'm very easygoing (as you can probably see on social media) and not difficult to contact. There is no reason to try and publically humiliate someone.

The internet is a tool for communication, not a shield for cowards.
