You said that when you originally wrote Deans book you planned on him being with Sabrina but it ended up being too toxic. What was it about them that didn’t work?

Elle Kennedy Honestly? They just didn't have much chemistry. I've written many hate-to-love romances, and even when the characters are bickering or hurting each other, there's always underlying emotion and serious sparks. Dean and Sabrina didn't have that when I tried to write their story. They both came off as mean and petty, which wasn't a fun book to write :)
