wow man..just wow! You have a winner here! I am not at the end of this just yet. I love these Characters! You tell one damn good story my friend! Please keep this world alive. Like I said I have not finished so if you don't demolish everyone I would love to see this keep going! I can't put this one down! Do you plan on sticking with this genre in the future? dark/gritty/fantasy

Hey Sean,
Yeah, the one I'm working on right now is very much in the same space. It's not related to Mount Char, but it's dark fantasy set in the modern world. It's kind of a noir mystery sort of thing with an unusual detective.
I'm also planning to try writing at least one short story in the Mount Char universe when I'm done with this book. I promised it back before the book came out, but what I came up with at the time wasn't very good. I'm going to try at least one more time. I think there might be some room to examine the librarians who didn't get as much page time in the book.
Best,
Scott

Hi Scott, big fan here :) I've got quite specific question. Did you devised yourself idea that predators kill their hunt painless? (and ALL that elaborate theory?) It is amazing! (my mind was blown). It's so refined that our ancestors should have come up with it :) And if you stood on the shoulders of giants that's great either because I didn't hear about it. I think your theory should be placed in every fantasy novel

My question is fuck you, pal. It shouldn't be legal for someone's first book to be so unnaturally good. I've had my share of page-turners, but your book hacked my perception of time to bits. Errands were ignored, sir. I hope you find the inspiration for a second Char novel, because you've planted a seed that's ripe with potential. Was there a particular thing that fuelled your inspiration for this novel?
