Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Tim Castle Towards the end of completing The Art of Negotiation a new book had formed in my mind, Be The Lion, just had to be written. It is predominantly based on life experiences from the past fives years, including the lessons, tactics and strategies I had to adopt to be able to get more done, become a master of time management and productivity and overcome big challenges along the way. Through this experience I created and developed my 4Cs Framework for overcoming big challenges and making it happen and Be The Lion was born.
