I spend time looking at the world and seeing how many wonderful opportunities there are. My motto is 'believe it is possible' therefore when I see people, situations, things happen that are improbably or deemed impossible I am fired up. The opportunities are everywhere if you look, so to are the limitations, it just depends on what you focus on. I enjoy talking to, hearing from and being around people that are going after it, taking action to see their dreams become a reality and the doers in life.

Towards the end of completing The Art of Negotiation a new book had formed in my mind, Be The Lion, just had to be written. It is predominantly based on life experiences from the past fives years, including the lessons, tactics and strategies I had to adopt to be able to get more done, become a master of time management and productivity and overcome big challenges along the way. Through this experience I created and developed my 4Cs Framework for overcoming big challenges and making it happen and Be The Lion was born.
