Raneet asked Megan Abbott:

Hello, Megan. You Will Know Me was a gripping one and had a really good plot twist.Speaking of which, do you expect the readers won't see a plot twist coming everytime you write a novel?

Megan Abbott No--there's always going to be readers who anticipate them. But I don't think a novel should work or fail by the extent to which it can put something over on the reader. Story turns should come organically, from character. And if it's organic, the book doesn't live or die on a twist. You're drawn in because of the character, the story, the world.
