asked:
So is this book about Howard Schultz and basically telling his Ego of how he's the best and Starbucks is basically his church?

Onward is an excellent business book. I have a business and what I learned from Onward (and Schultz) about strategy was game-changing for my company. It's kind of hard to begrudge the man's success as a CEO, and frankly I found him to be quite humble in the book. He's a true visionary and whether you like Starbucks or not, this is one of the best business books out there.

I didn't feel like it. It may be biased. But there are lot to learn. We never get to know how a CEO of a multi-billion dollar company work. It gives a good insight in to a CEOs role and strategic planning.
