How do you get inspired to write?

Paul W. Nielsen Well. that's a good question. If you mean, where do I get my ideas, the world is full of them. I always ask myself "what if."
If you mean, how do I get the energy to sit down at my computer, that's
an entirely different issue. Sometimes, after twelve hours in the ER, I have to really force myself. Other times, I can't stay away from a plot line and will get up at 3:00 a.m. to write.
I enjoy writing and find it exciting. That's all the inspiration I need.
