Have you ever read any of Molly Harper's Halfmoon Hollow books? I love both of those series and feel like Jane could be Sookie's Kentucky cousin. How do you feel when another author gets inspired to write a series that is similar to one that you have written?

I know Molly (in fact we'v been on a panel or two together), and I have two of her books on my "to be read" bookshelves, but I haven't gotten to them yet. She's a delightful person. If a writer tells me they've been energized by my work, I'm really flattered. Other writers have done the same for me. When people are writing in the same genre, it's inevitable that similarities will occur.

I've read all of your books as well as Patricia Briggs, Mary Higgins Clark, PC Cast & Kristen Cast, Nora Roberts (JD Robb). I'm looking for a recommendation for similar authors that you like or have heard about. I also want to say that I really appreciate your availability to your readers and your personal responses. It makes me feel good as a reader to know you take an interest in us. Anyone you can recommend?
