What is your "Nepal" connection?

Pankaj Giri I am a Nepali living in Gangtok, Sikkim, a hilly state in North East India. Probably our ancestors were from Nepali or perhaps they lived in Sikkim itself. Nepali speaking people are there all over the subcontinent, perhaps having migrated from Nepal at some point in the past. Our mother-tongue is Nepali, which is derived from Devnagri script, and we have our own set of cultures and traditions, a few of which I have tried to highlight in my book, The Fragile Thread of Hope. :)
