I preordered this book in July 2017 and have received about four emails changing the release date. The newest email says it won’t come out until November 2018, do we know why the publisher keeps pushing the date?

Michele Avery Amazon has now taken down the pre-order page for this book. Guess they got tired of the delays as well.
