MAJOR SPOILER: Do you think Pop killed Richie as a mercy, or to get in the good graces of the prison higher-ups? Wanting to like Pop leads me to believe the former, and he says something about how we give animals better deaths than the lynch mob was giving Blue. But Pop does benefit from killing Richie, and I personally wasn't convinced Richie couldn't have kept running while the mob was distracted. Thoughts?

I thought it was a odd that he was alone with Richie long enough to kill him, hold him while he bled out and let the dogs tear him apart. There was a mob of a hundred, just seems like a discrepancy.(less)
