Doris Kinsley asked this question about Fall from Grace:
How do you think Sydney could have avoided her husband's lack of follow through regarding a will? How do you think the plot would have evolved if she didn't have to struggle to survive?

She needs answers, why? maybe she will start questioning her faith and what she believes. Though I agree with the writer that selling the apartment in Paris is sad because of the romantic memories, selling the house that represents her safety and stability would be like an earthquake, it won't be easy, despite that the writer didn't give it the right size. I didn't feel the story and I couldn't get attached to Sydney.
I believe this story would be a really good one if it was deeper with more reality and real emotions, I believe she did have to struggle to survive not only financially but emotionally too this was trauma after all.(less)
