Jeffrey, for me it's getting that first draft down. I actually enjoy revising/editing (unlike a lot of authors) once I have something to work with, but my internal editor can be really intrusive, making those first drafts SLOW. I'm trying various strategies to speed up that part of the process, but I'll probably always be a fairly slow writer, at least by today's standards!
