Is this not the same cover as a book by another author "Wallbanger" by Alice Clayton. Is that even allowed?

And my designer did use a stock image for this cover not realizing that it was the same for Wallbanger as I was unfamiliar with the book and author until a reader had inquired about it. But I’ll have to admit she has good taste as our covers are similar but also different.
