Kelley Armstrong I can guarantee that someday Storm will pass over the Rainbow Bridge, but hopefully not until she's old and graying. Dalton is in constant danger of needing to leave, and that will only get worse. Technically, Casey has another year in Rockton. After that, she has to apply to stay longer.
