Currently on page three hundred, or so, of Way of Kings, and have completely stalled because I dread having to read more Shallan. In my opinion, so far her chapters have been completely cringe worthy. Can I skip to Oathbringer, because I’m very fond of Dalinar. Or do you have any words of encouragement if it gets better?

(Btw, I'm totally with you on loving Dalinar. He's the greatest.)

As for whether or not it gets better, that depends on what you don't like about Shallan and her chapters. Can you explain what about her bugs you?(less)
