Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Craig Borysowich Working in the technology industry for some 30 years, you start to develop a lot of practices, templates, and tools along the way that worked well and seamlessly translate from customer to customer. So this first book was inspired by a lot of the change agents that I have worked with and techniques that I have mastered in delivering some of the large transformation projects from my past.
