We see the three years worth of friendship and trust and understanding of each others flaws/strengths in their interactions and this is what makes them a great pair! zoya is such a strong and powerful woman she'd make an amazing queen! And their romance in this book is kinda written like Kaz and Inej's where they obviously feel things for each other yet they know they have duties and obligations to attend/ they think the other person deserves better to so they suppress them 😫 Literally Zoya is the only one who can handle Nikolai THEY ARE PERFECT WOW I LOVE THEM SO MUCH AFTER READING KOS(less)
