Any recs of books similar to this, after reading the main series? Something as dark as it is funny like this one.

It eve…moreGod touched (demon accords series) literally has the exact same type of main character, similar background, and ultimately a similar pathology. It even has a similar type of romance with a vampire partner. The only differences I can find between Chris Gorden (from god touched) and Catherine (from Night huntress) is that one is male and the other female. Also Chris Gorden is more of a glass half full kind of guy and never doubts himself or his friends due to being raised by a kind and understanding grandfather, while Catherine is full of self doubt and loathing herself due to her harsh upbringing by close minded mother and grandparents so she always has the worst expectations. But their situations are so similar that i highly recommend you give God Touch a go. And please get the audio book, the narrator is magnificent and makes it hilarious.
