I am apart of a book club and we vote on what books to read for the month. Your book The Wife popped up and I read the synopsis and want to read this book ASAP but as I was reading that I saw an insert where it said this book was a follow up from the Ex. If I were to read these two in order which one would I read first?

Alafair Burke Hi Candice. By follow up, the publisher meant this is my next book. The Wife is a stand-alone, not a sequel, and I think the themes are ones that people would enjoy talking about with friends. Let me know if you decide to read it for your book club.
