For example in the book Anne is unjustly accused of losing a broach and nearly unfairly punished but there is no suggestion she will be sent away for it. The Netflix series made a big plot line of the Cuthberts trying to get her back because her innocence is only established after she has already been sent back to the orphanage. There many other differences and plot lines in the Nextflix show nothing to do with the book but it would take to long to list everything(less)
