Thanks, Rohini, for recognizing my poem "Shall I Compare This to a Summer's Day." I had fun writing it for a Creative Writing class that I teach. I think most of the allusions went over my students' heads, but I hoped that well-read poetry readers would catch them. ??

I thought your poem was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the allusions, but i wonder whether they're only accessible to readers of a certain age. A category into which i fall.
