Jenna G. Ferguson asked Polly Holyoke:

Hi Ms.Holyoke I was wondering where a good place to publish a book for young writers would be (I'm twelve officially) (it's my birthday today) i wrote a book about a girl named Alice who only ages 1 year every 100 years and about her experiences and where they lead her in the future. Do you like the short synopsis about the book? Sorry to be so inquisitive, anyway thanks in advance! Lots of love from Texas!

Polly Holyoke Hi Jenna, congratulations on writing a book! That is a fabulous achievement. Most people who start to write books never actually finish, so you are way ahead there. I do like the premise of your story. It sounds very intriguing.
You could self publish your story through the Ingram Spark or Amazon Kindle programs, or you could try to get a literary agent and sell your story to a New York publisher. I do recommend that you try to have some teachers and adults read your book first and see if they think it's ready to submit to a professional. It also can be fun to post stories to Wattpad. I know some writers who have gotten some very helpful feedback on their stories there. Good luck!
